Get Ready for Disney World With Us!
Get Ready for Disney With Us!

We are counting down the days until our Spring Break Disney adventure! Our family—two excited parents and our little ones, ages 3 and 4—is heading to Magic Kingdom and Epcot, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Since traveling with young kids requires plenty of preparation, we’re sharing everything we’re doing to get ready. From clothing and accessories to food, toys, and toiletries, we’re making sure we have everything we need for a smooth and magical trip.
At Magic Kingdom, we’ll be soaking up all the classic Disney magic—meeting Mickey, watching the fireworks, and riding favorites like Dumbo the Flying Elephant and It’s a Small World. Over at Epcot, we can’t wait to explore the World Showcase, try new foods, and take the kids on rides like Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and Frozen Ever After. Since there will be plenty of walking and long days ahead, we’re making sure we’re well-prepared before we even step foot in the parks.
One of our biggest focuses has been shopping for comfortable and cute Disney outfits, complete with matching outfits for the whole family. This year, we are doing the theme of Turning Red, and I will link our outfits below! With Florida’s warm weather in mind, we’re also packing breathable clothing and comfortable sneakers. For the parks, we’re bringing a stroller, a well-stocked backpack, and plenty of snacks to help us avoid meltdowns and keep energy levels up. We’re planning to pack applesauce pouches, granola bars, crackers, and refillable water bottles so we always have something on hand between meals.
To keep the little ones entertained, we’re stocking up on Disney-themed sticker books, coloring pages, glow sticks, and bubble wands, which will be perfect for long wait times or downtime in the hotel. We have created an entire blog post for toys for the Disney ride lines, check it out Top Items to Keep Kids Occupied During Disney Lines!
Of course, we can’t forget travel essentials like sunscreen, baby wipes, a first-aid kit, and a portable charger to keep our phones ready for all those magical photos. Planning ahead means less stress in the parks, and we’re determined to make this trip as smooth as possible. We have previously created a blog post about Essentials for taking toddlers to a theme park, check it out for more detailed recommendations!
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing even more details about what we’re packing, what we’re buying, and how we’re preparing for Disney with toddlers. If you’ve been to Disney with little ones before, we’d love to hear your best tips! Stay tuned as we get closer to our magical Spring Break adventure. See ya real soon!
