There are a number of things that I use daily or weekly that I would recommend adding to your list to try out. I would call these my essentials, or essentials for a working mom. A lot of these keep me running smoothly or looking and feeling my best. Give something a try and see if they help you!

I do a teaspoon of this liquid fish oil a day with a meal, usually dinner. You can look up the benefits of fish oil but for me it was recommended by my ophthalmologist to help with eye health.

Concentrated B-12 spray made from real, organic food sources. I love taking B-12, I also use the Thorne pill form. I can noticeably detect a boost in energy after I take B-12, plus all of the other benefits.

This is the pill form of B-12 that I have also used. I switch between this and the organic spray.

Beekeepers Naturals immune support throat spray. I have been using this for years, usually at the first sign of a cold or just during a cold season.

I keep this in my purse for my face because the Florida sun is not something to play with. You can get old fast down here with no protection on your face.

I take a probiotic daily, usually first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

I use this visibly firming cream usually on my arms because, well, have you tried it? Try it and you will know instantly why its gold. Also, it smells divine.

This is my favorite self tanner. Its an old fave. I mix it with some regular lotion on my legs for a weekly glow.

I see my dermatologist every 3-6 months and this was her recommended face wash. I am prone to adult acne, unfortunately, especially since having my kids. I use BPO cleanser to help.

I use adapalene gel (differin). Its a topical retinoid but for acne prone skin. Because it is a retinoid, it still has anti-wrinkle and anti-aging benefits. I find that it tones my skin well and reduces redness and inflammation. My dermatologist suggested using this for awhile before trying Tretinoin. Since Differin is working well, I have not yet tried Tretinoin.

SkinFix triple peptide cream. Its a hydrating barrier cream that noticeably brightens and plumps your face. The bottle lasts FOREVER as well, because a little bit goes a long way. If you try anything on my list, definitely try this.

Self tan face mist. Spray this mist on your face and in a few hours you will have a natural, balanced looking glow.

I am not a big makeup person, so I wont go into recommendations for makeup. I do not wear makeup daily, maybe once a week if we are going somewhere and I know there will be pictures (Lol.) But I was influenced to buy this Elf Halo Glow liquid filter and it is one of my faves.

I love organic tumeric and ginger tea at night.
